摘要
本文分析了冲灰水对烟气中SO_2、CO_2吸收的物理化学过程,结合现场烟气吸收实验结果,研究了烟气中SO_2、CO_2含量及吸收设备的气水比对SO_2、CO_2中和处理冲灰水的传质速度、传质能力的影响,进而对现行几种炉烟处理流程中SO_2、CO_2的作用程度进行了评价,并指出了烟气中SO_2浓度对选择工艺流程的影响.
This article analyzes ash wastewater for the physicoche-mical process of absorbing SO2, CO2 in chimney gas. Combining pilot experimental results, the effects of Concentration of SO2,CO2 in chimney gas and gas-water ratio on velocity and ability of mass-transportation are studied. Moreover, reaction degree of SO2, CO2 is evaluated when applying traditional processes of Chimney gas treatment. The effect of concentration of SO2, CO2 in chimney gas on pocess choice has been pointed out.
