摘要
光照和激动素诱导尾穗苋黄化苗子叶合成苋红素存在一个敏感期。在敏感期之内,在光照下制作的苋红光密度值与激动素浓度的关系曲线与在暗室中的规律基本相同。用已知0.5ppm 激动素对该曲线进行的检验表明,在光下制作的标准曲线可用于细胞分裂素的生物鉴定。
A sensitive period in which Amaranthin was synthesized by induction of light and kinetin was revealed . Relation curve of optical density of Amaranthin and Cytokinin Concertration was basically same under .light and dark condition in sensitive period. Examining standard curve in known Concertration cytokinin under light condition showed that this curve could do used for Cytokinin active determination.
