摘要
分析了洪灾形成的主要原因及对国民经济和人民生命财产造成的巨大损失 ;根据中国的实际情况 ,指出必须兴修水利 ,治理水土流失 ,搞好植树造林 ,提高防洪意识 ,才能最大限度地减轻洪涝灾害造成的损失。
The main causes of flood and the impact of flood on the national economy and people′s lives and properties are analyzed.Based on the current situation of China,it is pointed out that flood damage can be reduced to the minimum by constructing water conservancy projects,controlling water erosion,planting trees and raising the awareness of flood control.
