摘要
本文报导了用自制的高灵敏显色剂四苯基叶啉与微量铜的显色反应条件,并应用于超导薄膜Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O的铜测定。常见的31种离子不干扰铜的测定。其方法回收率及相对标准偏差均获得满意的结果。
The paper report that we had used the colour reactions of self-made highly sensitive tetraphonyl toporphyrin(TPP) with copper and was applied in Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O superconductivity film material to determinate microamount copper. The molar absorptivity of the complex is 4.2×10~5 L·mol-1·cm-1 at 414mm, Many other metals did not interfere in determinate microamount copper. The method and result proved to be satisfactory for direct determination of copper in suparconductivity film material Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O without separation. The relative standard deviation was 5 % and recoveries were 90%-110%.
