聚丁二烯和聚异戊二烯橡胶的长链支化 被引量:6

摘要 采用红外光谱测定了不同催化体系BR及其分级样的微观结构,结果表明,同类催化体系BR及其分级样的微观结构含量基本相同,但不同催化体系的BR则有差异。稀土BR经辐照不发生微观结构变化,其顺式-1,4含量比Ni系略高。实验指出,不同催化剂体系BR的微观结构不受其分子量和支化度的影响。用GPC-自动粘度计联用法的数据计算表明,稀土BR不产生支化,3,4-聚异戊二烯及1,2-聚丁二烯不易产生支化,而Co,Ti,Ni系BR易产生支化。 The microstructures of BR in different catalyst systems were measured with infrared spectrometry . The results showed that the contents of microstructure of BR were similar in same type of catalyst systems ,but different in different types . The long chain branching in polybutadiene and polyisoprene rubbers was measured with gel permeation chromatography coupled with an automatically recording capillary viscometer . The parameters of long chain branching and molecular weight changed with catalysts and polymerization conditions ,it was not so correct that the long chain branching in synthetic rubbers be defined only by the critical molecular weight or polymerization condition .
