废油渣和废胶粉对PVC/CPE共混物性能的影响 被引量:1

INFLUENCES OF WASTE OILS AND WASTE VULCANIZATE POWDER ON PROPERTIES.OF PVC/CPE BLEND

摘要 以石油炼厂分馏后的废油渣(芳烃含量约50%)作为PVC/CPE共混物的增塑剂和软化剂,以轮胎胎面胶经粉碎后的废硫化胶粉为填充剂,制得了混炼和填充工艺行为良好,耐热氧老化性、耐酸碱性优良,但耐油性较差的共混物。所得共混物的配方(质量份)为:PVC20—40,CPE 80—60,废油渣45,废胶粉150。其力学性能为:拉伸强度6.5—7.5MPa,扯断伸长率150%—250%,扯断永久变形30%—50%,硬度(邵尔A型,度)85。 The waste oils (aromatic content about 50% )from fraction in a petroleum refinery and the waste vulcanizate powder of the tire tread were used as the plasticizer and the filler of the blend of PVC/CPE, respectively . The mixing and filling process behaviors of the blend obtained were favorable , and the thermostability , acid and alkali resistances good , but oil resistance poor . The blend composition (phr)were as follows :PVC 20-40,CPE 80-60 ,waste oils 45 , waste vulcanizate powder 150 .The mechanical properties of the blend were tensile strength 6.5- 7.5 MPa .elongation at break 150%- 250% .tension set 30%- 50% and Shore hardness 85 A.
