摘要
采用静态拉伸臭氧老化法,对高乙烯基聚丁二烯(HVPB)硫化胶的臭氧老化性能进行了研究,并与NR,SBR,BR进行了对比。结果表明,HVPB的初裂时间较长(87min),而断裂时间却最短(1276min);其拉伸强度老化系数和定伸应力老化系数的衰减均比NR,SBR,BR要快;HVPB臭氧老化断裂时间及裂纹形状随试样的伸长呈不规则的变化,HVPB在不同伸长率下的断裂时间均比BR和SBR的短;HVPB的耐臭氧性随其充油量的增加而提高。
The ozone aging characteristics of high vinyl polybutadiene (HVPB) vulcanizates was studied by ozone aging test under static tension . The results showed that the initial crack formation time of HVPB was the longest (87 min ),but the break time was the shortest as compared with those of NR , SBR and BR . The aging coefficients for tensile strength and tensile stress of HVPB decreased faster than those of NR , SBR and BR . The break time and the crack appearance of HVPB varied irregularly with the elongations applied on the samples . The ozone resistance of HVPB increased with the increase of oil amounts extended in HVPB .
