接枝剂对PU/PMMA互穿聚合物网络形态与性能的影响 被引量:1

EFFECT OF GRAFTING AGENT ON MORPHOLOGY AND PROPERTIES OF PU/PMMA INTERPENETRATING POLYMER NETWORKS

摘要 用同步法合成了聚醚型聚氨酯/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PU/PMMA)互穿聚合物网络(IPN),以甲基丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯(HEMA)为网间接枝剂,研究了组成比及HEMA用量对其形态与性能的影响。结果表明,HEMA可使分散相接枝到连续相中形成复合网络,从而改善了相容性。当PU/PMMA=80/20(质量比)时,其动态力学谱上出现一个T_t,断裂伸长率为987%;改变HEMA用量,动态力学谱中两个T_t则随其用量的增加而明显降低,通过电镜观察发现,其细胞状结构变小。 Interpenetrating polymer networks (IPN)were synthesized from polyurethane/polymethyl methacrylate (PU/PMMA). The effect of the composition of IPN and the amount of grafting agent 2 - hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA)on the morphology and properties of PU/PMMA IPN was studied .The results showed that HEMA could enable the grafting of the dispersed phase onto the continuous phase to form a complex network , thus improved the chemical compatibility .When PU/PMMA = 80/20 (mass ratio) ,only one Tg at-47°C was observed on dynamic mechanical spectrum and its elongation at break was 987% . When the amount of HEMA was varied ,two Tg which were observed on dynamic mechanical spectrum decreased obviously with the increase of HEMA amount , and the cell structure of IPN reduced as observed by transmission electron microscope .
