摘要
以端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)和二苯甲烷-4,4′-二异氰酸酯(MDI)为原料,1,4-丁二醇为扩链剂。合成了聚丁-二烯型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体PU(HTPB),并用正交偏光显微镜、电子显微镜,红外光谱、差示扫描量热计、动态力学谱等方法,研究了PU(HTPB)的结构与形态,并分析了其影响因素。结果表明,PU(HTPB)具有微观相分离,一次成型后局部出现微小结晶,该晶体呈放射状球形结构,二次成型后结晶消失。此外,PU(HTPB)的两个玻璃化温度(-34℃和195℃)及一级交联键均影响PU(HTPB)本体的内部形态。
Polybutadiene - polyurethane thermoplastic elastomers [ PU(HTPB)] were synthesized using hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene (HTPB), diphenylmethane - 4,4'-diisocyanate and 1,4-butanediol. The structure and morphology of PU(HTPB) were characterized by optical microscopy ,electron microscopy ,IR ,DSC and DMS .The results indicated that PU(HTPB) had a micro phase separation . After primary forming , local micro crystallites with radial ball structure were observed .The crystallites disappeared after secondary forming .Moreover , both the glass transition temperatures ( - 34 °C and 195°C ) and the primary crosslinking bonds of PU(HTPB) affected the morphology of the thermoplastic elastomers .
