摘要
研究了三元尼龙/三元乙丙橡胶(PA/EPDM)共混物的力学性能及增容剂用量对其力学性能的影响。在100份EPDM中掺入50或100份PA,可使共混物的拉伸强度从6.7 MPa分别提高到19.5 MPa和26.8 MPa。添加增容剂可以改善PA与EPDM的相容性,提高PA的增强效果。当PA/EPDM<50/100(质量比)时,增容剂以5份(按100份共混物计)为宜;PA/EPDM为(25—60)/100时,以10份较好。交联剂过氧化二异丙苯用量为2—4份时,共混物的拉伸强度随交联剂和PA用量的增加而提高,扯断伸长率则有所下降。在EPDM中掺入PA后,其耐油、耐磨耗和耐摩擦性能均得到提高。共混物经150℃×5d热氧老化后,拉伸强度保持率与扯断伸长率保持率分别大于97%和70%。
The mechanical properties of polyamide nylon (PA) reinforced EPDM blend and the effects of the compatibilizer on their mechanical properties were studied . Adding 50 phr and 100 phr of PA into 100 phr of EPDM , the tensile strength of the blend increased from 6.7 MPa to 19.5 MPa and 26.8 MPa , respectively . The addition of the compatibilizer could improve the compatibility between PA and EPDM and increase the reinforcing effect of PA . When PA'EPDM<50/100 (mass ratio), the proper dosage of compatibilizer was 5 phr (100 phr blend ); and when PA/EPDM was (25-60) /100 ,10 phr of compatibilizer was proper . When the dosage of crosslinking agent dicumyl peroxide (DCP) was 2- 4 phr , the tensile strength of the blend increased with the increase of dosages of compatibilizer and crosslinking agent , while the elongation at break decreased . The oil resistance wearability and friction property were also improved . After thermal aging at 150°C for 5 d , the retention ratios of tensile strength and elongation at break of the blend were greater than 97% and 70% , respectively .
