摘要
从苹果树上采集的幼嫩芽叶中分离得到了苹果茎沟病毒。在昆诺藜接种叶片上呈现小褪斑点,上部叶片呈系统花叶和植株矮缩症状;接种心叶烟出现系统斑驳和部分坏死症状;病毒粒体呈线状;间接酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)鉴定检测呈阳性反应。
A isolate of apple stem grooving virus was obstained from the apple buds and younger leaves.It induced some small chlorotic lesions on the inoculum leaves and systemic mottle and mild stunt in chenopodium quina;and systemic chlorotic and some local necrotic lesions in Nicotina glutinosa.These virus particles are filamentous.It was appeared the posi- tive reaction with indirect ELISA determination.
