摘要
为维护系统频率和联络线交换功率的稳定,本文从人对复杂系统进行控制决策的行为特点出发,提出了一种仿人决策的负荷频率模糊控制策略,并用该策略对一些典型环节及互联系统的负荷频率控制进行数字仿真。结果表明,该控制器的特性明显优于常规PI调节器。
In order to maintain the stability of the system frequency and interchange power of the transmission lines, this paper offers a load frequency fuzzy control algorithm which can simulate human decision. A new self-reacting fuzzy optimum control is also algorithm given. The results of emulation by this algorithm prove that the new algorithm presented in this paper is preferable to the conventional PI control algorithm.
