The advanced production techniques of 8 enterprise in Italy, 4 company's groups in German and 2 entcrprise in Switzerland are introduced with stress on the development in technology and equipmenst for producing polyester fine denier fibers and the recent trends of world man-made fiber production. This survey can be used for reference in construction of the new and the reformation of the old factries as well as the renewal of old equipments and development of new varieties of man-made fibers in China.
