摘要
用羟基封端的聚甲基苯基硅氧烷(PMPS),经脱水缩合反应,对双酚A型环氧树脂进行改性,得到一种相容性好、内应力低的新型耐热环氧树脂。探讨了PMPS与环氧树脂间脱水缩合反应的机理,并用羟值、环氧值分析以及薄层色谱法(TLC)、红外光谱(IR)、透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、差热分析法(DTA)和热重法(TG)等对改性树脂进行分析及表征。
A novel heat-resisting modified epoxy resin was synthesized through the condensation of a hydroxy terminated poly(methylphenylsiloxane), PMPS, and a bisphenol A epoxy resin,EP. The mechanism of the dehydration condensation reaction of PMPS and EP had been explored. The modified resin obtained was characterized by means of infrared spectra and thin-layer chromatography. The morphology of composite shows that the spheric PMPS microdomains disperse in epoxy resin matrix more evenly than that of the mechanical PMPS/EP polyblend via TEM and SEM observations. The DTA and TGA were carried out as well.
