摘要
80年代我国通用树脂高速发展的一个重要原因是重视和加强了对老厂的改扩建工作。本文对这一时期通用树脂行业老厂改扩建的具体做法与特点,取得的进步与成就,应当吸取的经验、教训进行了初步的回顾和总结。
An important reason of rapid development of domestic polyolefines production during 80's is that the importance of renovation and expansion of existing installations has been emphasized and measures enforced accordingly. In this paper, a brief review of the detailed procedures and features, progress achieved, as well as experiences and lessons to be learned is presented.
