摘要
概要介绍了盒属材料学科1996年立项的面上项目的总结情况,在详细分析基金成果各种指标的基础上,对能体现基础研究特点的成果进行了排序和初步分析,并从管理角度评述了一些有特色的总结。还指出在结题报告中应该注意的一些问题,论述了定期评述结题项目的意义,以及建立成果评价规范的重要性。希望通过制度化、规范化的结题管理,奖优惩劣,促进基金事业的健康发展。
This paper roughly gives an introduction of the results of the general projects supported by the Division of Metallic Science of the Department of Engineering and Material Sciences of NSFC in 1996.Based on a de- tailed analysis of various forms of research results indicated in the final reports of the projects,the paper ranks and tentatively analyzes those results that can reflect the characteristics of basic research and reviews some final reports with special features from the viewpoint of management.In addition,the paper points out some problems existing in the final reports to which attention should be drawn,and indicates the significance of regular review on the accom- plished projects and the importance in the establishment of criteria for the evaluation of research results.It is expected that the funding work of NSFC will healthily develop by managing final reports in a way of establishing proper sys- terns and criteria for them.
