该文较全面地概括了哺乳动物胚胎体外共培养系统的发展和现状 ,从共培养系统的体细胞类型以及胚胎发育的阶段等方面阐述了影响体外共培养效果的因素 。
This paper,at first,presents the developing histroy and the status quo of the mammals embryos co culture system in vitro.Then,a systematic exposition is made on the main factors which affect embryos co culture system in vitro,such as different kinds of somatic cells,stage of embryonic development and so on.The paper also points out it is important to do further research work on mammals embryos co culture system in vitro.
