摘要
研究了紫色土柑桔园土壤酶活性分布规律,以及不同施肥条件下土壤酶活性与柑桔产量的关系。结果表明,柑桔园土壤酶活性与土壤有机质含量在水平和垂直两方向上均呈现较强规律性分布,树冠覆盖区内的土壤酶活性大于冠覆以外,其中脲酶活性增大8 .94 ~12 .3mg/kg·24h( N H3 计) ,转化酶( 蔗糖酶) 活性增大0 .21 ~0 .34g/kg·24h( 葡萄糖计) ;随着土层深度的增加,土壤转化酶和脲酶活性显著降低,耕层为最高,而且此两种酶活性与土壤有机质含量均呈极显著正相关(r = 0 .874 ,n = 15 ;r = 0 .915 ,n = 15) ,土壤过氧化氢酶活性随土层加深而增大。柑桔单株产量与土壤转化酶活性呈显著正相关(r= 0 .632 ,n = 10) 。
This paper deal with the soil enzyme activity and its affecting factors in citrus orchard withpurple soil. The results showed thatthe soilenzyme activity and organic material contentchanged regu larl atlevel and perpendicular directionin soil. The soilenzyme activities underthe canopy were higherthanthose in the outside of canopy,in which the activity of soil urease increased by 8 .94 ~12 .3mg/kg·24h,and invertase incresed by 0 .21 ~0 .34 g/kg·24h(according glucose) . The activities ofsoil urease and invertase decreased significantly withthe depth ofsoillayer,were highestin tillablelay er,and were related with soilorganic materialcontentsignificantly(r= 0 .874 ,r= 0 .915 ,n= 15) . The activityofcatalaseinthesoilincreased withthe depth ofsoillayer. Theyield percitrustree wasre lated with the activity ofsoilinvertase(r= 0 .632 ,n =10) .
