摘要
对６年生哈姆林甜橙＋粗柠檬和４年生伏令夏橙＋宜昌橙种间体细胞杂种遗传变异进行了研究。体细胞杂种气孔较大，密度较小，染色体数为四倍体（２ｎ＝４ｘ＝３６）。ＰＯＸ、ＰＰＯ、ＧＯＴ和ＳＯＤ４种同工酶图谱上，体细胞杂种为双亲酶带之和。ＲＡＰＤ分析显示，体细胞杂种含有双亲的谱带。同一融合组合不同单株在叶形指数、气孔特征、染色体数目、同工酶和ＲＡＰＤ图谱上表现一致。
The genetic variability of 6 yearold interspecific somatic hybrid between C.sinensis cv Hamlin+C.jambhiri and 4 yearold hybrid between C.sinensis cv.Valencia+C.ichangensis were evaluated.Compared with the parents,the leaf stoma size of somatic hybrids was larger and the density was lower.Chromosome counting confirmed that all the somatic hybrid plants were tetraploid(2n=4x=36)as expected. Isozyme and RAPD analysis showed that the bands of somatic hybrids were the sum of the corresponding parents.No difference of leaf indexes,stoma characteristics,chromosome numbers,isozyme and RAPD patterns was found among plants of the same fusion combination,indicating that the plants were uniform.
