摘要
本文阐述了树脂砂铸造用芯砂的配制以及盖芯芯头的设计、工艺参数的选择等。通过盖芯的应用实例 ,表明了盖芯的应用对消除铸造缺陷、提高铸件质量。
Preparation of resin coated sand and design and selection of process parameters of core head have been expanded with examples showing its application in elimination of casting defects,improvement of casting quality and solving technical difficulties.
