摘要
介绍了采用ZTC4钛合金、热等静压和熔模精密铸造成型技术研制某飞机钛合金精铸件的过程。铸件外型尺寸为 630mm× 30 0mm× 1 30mm ,最小壁厚仅为 2 .5mm 。
Developing process has been introduced of an aeronautical titanium casting of complex constitutional detail of frame with outline dimension of length of 630mm,width of 300mm and height of 130mm with hot isostatic pressing after investment precision casting of Ti alloy ZTC4.
