摘要
利用金相显微镜,扫描电镜、X射线能谱仪(EDS)、超声波探伤、液体渗透探伤对钢轨组织及断口进行分析,结果表明由于气压焊焊接工艺不当,使焊缝达不到完全焊合,导致钢轨使用断裂。
The steel rail fracture was analyzed by metallography,SEM,EDS,ultrasonic examination,liquid penetrateexamination. The result indicated that the fracture was caused by the not fully welding on welded joint which was due to improper air pressure welding techniques.
