摘要
对国内外五个厂家提供的AZ91D镁合金锭进行了成分分析和铸造流动性能螺旋试验研究.结果表明,合金元素A1和微量元素Be是该合金流动性的主要影响因素,它们分别通过改变熔化温度下的过热度和抗氧化性能而影响该合金熔体的流动性.
In the present investigation, the chemical compositions of the AZ91D magnesium alloy ingots from five suppliers were analyzed, and the fluidity properties of these samples at remelting temperature were studied by spiral mould test. The results indicate that the alloying element Al and the microelement Be are the major factors affecting the fluidity properties of this alloy through alteration of overheating and oxidation resistance at the remelting temperature respectively.
