摘要
试验了一种硅铝耐热球铁 ,各成分的质量分数分别为 :w(C) =1.8%～ 2 .8% ,w(Si) =4.5 %～ 6.0 % ,w(Al) =5 .5 %～ 7.0 % ,w(Mn)≤ 0 .5 % ,w(P)≤ 0 .10 0 % ,w(S)≤ 0 .0 3 0 % ,w(Mg) =0 .0 3 0 %～ 0 .0 65 %和w(RE) =0 .0 2 0 %～ 0 .0 40 %。此合金可以在 10 0 0℃以下使用。就硅铝耐热球铁的特性。
A Si Al heat resisting spheroidal graphite cast iron was developed and used at less than 1000℃. The attention of quality control was focused on the feature, choice and using method of Si Al heat resisting spheroidal graphite cast iron.
