摘要
研究了热处理对冲头式挤压铸造ZA43 Mn合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明 :挤压铸造ZA43 Mn合金的时效处理使α和 β相分解 ,枝晶偏析减轻 ,富锰相碎化与钝化 ,可提高其塑性 (δ5=18% )。固溶处理使富锰相和富铜相分解 ,基体内二次相弥散析出 ,晶间组织形态和分布改善 ,可获得较高强度的铸件 (σb=5 10MPa)
Influence of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZA43 Mn alloy in punch squeeze casting has been studied. The results showed that plasticity of squeez casting ZA43 Mn alloy can be improved by aging treatment ( σ 5 =18%, σ b =430 MPa), as a result of α and β phases in alloy decomposition, dendritic segregation alleviation, Mn rich phase passivation and disintegration. The casting with high strength ( σ 5 =10%, σ b =510 MPa)can be achieved by solution treatment making Mn rich and Cu rich phases to be decomposed, secondary dispersed phase in matrix to be precipitated and the morphology and distribution of inter dendritic structure to be improved.
