摘要
利用新兴的两相流理论 ,采用双流体模型来描述射砂过程 ,对射砂过程进行了数值模拟。在数学模型中 ,把气体和砂粒作为研究对象 ,并且将它们都看作连续的流体。此外 ,还利用高速摄像的方法记录了射砂的全过程。
Numerical simulation of shooting sand process was conducted using two fluid model to describe the shooting sand process based on newly developed two phase flow theory. The airflow and the sand flow were taken as continuous flow body for study object in mathematical pattern. In addition, the whole shooting sand process has been recorded with a high speed digital camera. The calculation results of flow process are in coincidence with the test results.
