采用分析电镜和X射线衍射仪研究了原位合成TiC颗粒增强铁基复合材料的微观结构 ,结果表明所形成的颗粒增强相为非化学式的TiCxN1-x,其中x值大小随基体含碳量的高低而发生明显变化 ,基体中较高的含碳量有助于抑制Fe2
The microstructure of in situ TiC particulate reinforced Fe matrix composite was analyzed by means of TEM and XRD. The results showed that particulate reinforced phase was non stoichiometric TiC x N 1- x , in which the x value greatly depended on the variation of carbon content in matrix. The higher carbon content in matrix is helpful to restrain the formation of Fe 2Ti phase.
