柔性抽油杆具有强度高、重量轻、不易结蜡等优点 ,可替代机械采油中的D级钢抽油杆。宁夏恒力钢铁集团有限公司研制的柔性抽油杆已在青海、华北、辽河、中原、胜利等油田安装使用 ,取得了较好效果。实践证明 ,采用柔性抽油杆可降低能耗 15 % ,泵效提高 2 0 %以上 ,单井增加效益 135 0万元
