摘要
以Ti-75%Al热爆合成体系为对象,研究了一种基于热爆炸理论的热爆临界温度(θ'ign)DSC判据在材料热爆合成领域中应用的可能性.采用该判据得到 Ti-75%Al体系在不同加热速率下的θ'ign,并结合多元线性回归法预测该体系等温热爆临界温度为 728.9 ℃,与由等温 DSC观察获得的 740——740 ℃的结果非常接近。
Application of a novel criterion based upon the theory of thermal explosion for the critical temeprature (θ'ign) in thermal explosion (TE) synthesis was verified with the Ti-75%Al binary system using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The θ'ing values at different heating rates are evaluated by this criterion. And the critical temperature for isothermal TE is predicted to be 728.9 ℃ by multiple linear regression method, which closes to the range of 740-745 ℃ obtained from the isothermal DSC mesurement. The novel criterion is proved to be feasible for fast evaluation of θ'ign of TE synthesis in binary metallic TE systems.
