摘要
知识经济和人力资源开发是理论界的两个热点话题，人们对知识经济的认识仍然是前瞻性的和粗浅的。不同经济形态发展动力和财富源泉经过了一个否定之否定的变化过程。知识经济和人力资源开发是因果、互动的关系，人的全面发展是人力资源开发和知识经济的共同目标，创新是人力资源开发和知识经济的共同核心要求。
Both knowledge economy and labor resources development are hotspot topics in theory circles.But the understanding that people grasp is superficial.The relation between knowledge economy and labor resources is cause effect and mutual.The whole development of human is the purpose of both knowledge economy and labor resources,and innovation is both kernel demand.
