摘要
目的 :探讨 型糖尿病患者左心室功能的早期变化。方法 :应用超声心动仪检测 6 4例 型糖尿病患者的左心室功能指标 ,并与 2 0例正常人做对照。结果 :糖尿病患者左室舒张功能与对照组比较有显著性差异 ,且与病程呈等级相关。而收缩功能除心排出量外与对照组比较无明显差异。结论 : 型糖尿病患者在无明显器质性心脏病变时 ,已存在左室舒张功能障碍 ,且随病程延长而逐渐加重。
AIM:To observe the early changes of left ventricular function in type Ⅱ diabetic patients. METHODS:Echocardiography was performed in 65 type Ⅱ diabetic patients. 20 normal controls(normal persons) were treated in the same way. RESULTS:The differences on the ventricular diastolic functions of left heart were found out between two groups, but the ventricular systolic functions except cardiac output weren′t found out. CONCLUSION:In diabetic patients without the apparent cardiac complications existed the ventricular diastolic dysfunction of left heart.
