摘要
Cl C- 1是一种具有电压依赖门控特性的氯离子通道。但这种通道的门控机制与其他电压门控的阳离子通道有很大的差别。为探讨 Cl C- 1离子通道的门控机制 ,本文应用爪蟾卵母细胞异源性表达野生型 Cl C- 1氯离子通道 ,并通过改变细胞外氯离子浓度 ,对其门控机制进行了研究。结果表明 ,Cl C- 1氯离子通道的门控具有对电压和氯离子浓度的双重依赖性。这提示一种非均衡性的门控机制。
ClC 1 is a voltage dependent chloride channel. But its gating mechanism is different from the voltage dependent cation channels. ClC 1 gating mechanism is discussed in this paper by heteroexpression of this channel in Xenopus oocytes and by changing extracellular chloride concentration. It is concluded that ClC 1 gating is both voltage and chloride concentration dependent which suggests a nonequilibrium gating mechanism.
