摘要
本文是根据HAF0400《核电厂质量保证安全规定》,介绍了核电厂的采购。它包括:采购原则、买供双方的关系和责任、采购的控制与文件、对供方的选择和资格审查,投标和签定合同、买方的验证活动和验收。在本文的后面作者提出了一些建议。
According to the HAF0400 《Quality Assurance for Safety in Nuclear Plante》 , the procurement for NPP was introduced in this paper. It includes the principles of procurement,the responsibility and the relationship between purchaser and supplier, the procurement control and documents, the selection of suppliers and qualification, the bid and contracts, the verification activities by purchaser and the acceptance of item. Some recommendations were given by author in this paper.
