摘要
目的 :观察神经生长因子 (nervegrowthfactor,NGF)对人牙乳头间充质细胞ALP活性的影响。方法 :酶组织化学法。结果 :10 0U/mlNGF ,在培养 3d时即显著刺激人牙乳头间充质细胞ALP活性 ,培养 5d和7d时 ,刺激作用进一步加强 ,且ALP活性在培养 5、7d时明显高于 3d者。NGF(10 0U/ml)在各培养时间点 ,对照组细胞ALP的分泌差异不显著。结论 :NGF对人牙乳头间充质细胞ALP活性的刺激作用可能在成牙本质细胞的分化过程中具有重要意义。
AIM: To observe the effects of nerve growth factor(NGF) on ALP activity of human dental papilla mesenchyme cells. METHODS: Enzymic histochemistry. RESULTS: NGF at 100U/ml increased ALP activity of the cells significantly at the culture time of 3d. When the cells were cultured up to 5 or 7 d, the stimulating effects were more evident and significanly higher than that cultured for 3d. NGF(100U/ml) was also shown to simulate the secretion of ALP from cultured cells at all observed times. Whereas, no significant difference was detected in the control group at different times of culture. CONCLUSION: The results suggested that the NGF might be involoved in the cascade of odontoblast differentiation, and the accumulation of ALP in local circumstances might participate in the biological mineralization process occurred in extracellular matrix.
