摘要
目的 观察高血压大鼠心肌组织血小板衍生生长因子 (PDGF) - β受体含量的变化。 方法 以二肾一夹 (2K1C)高血压大鼠动物模型为实验组 ,观察术后 4、8周动脉血压、心肌肥大指数及心肌组织PDGF - β受体含量的变化 ,并与对照组进行比较。 结果 实验组大鼠术后 4周、8周动脉血压持续升高、心肌肥大逐渐加重 ,PDGF - β受体含量明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。 结论 PDGF - β受体上调可能参与肾血管性高血压促心肌肥大的病理生理机制。
Objective To explore the changes of platelete derived growth factor (PDGF) receptor β in the development of cardiac hypertrophy in hypertension. Method The animal models of renal hypertension rats was made by two kidney one clip as experiment group, then, the blood pressure and cardiac hypertrophy parameter of rats and levels of PDGF β receptor in heart were measured at 4 week and 8 week respectively. Results In experiment group, the blood pressure, cardiac hypertrophy parameter and levels of PDGF-β receptor significantly increased versus control group at 4 week and 8 week (P<0.05 and P<0.01, respectively). Conclusion The upregulation of PDGF-β receptor may take part in the development of cardiac hypertrophy in renal vascular hypertension.
