摘要
精氨酸 (Arg)与器官移植间的关系在国外受到广泛关注 ,Arg及其代谢产物一氧化氮 (NO)在心脏移植中 ,与供体心脏保存、灌注、排斥及延长存活时间方面都可能有一定作用。本文将国外在这些方面的研究及其进展作一简要介绍。
The relationship between arginine (Arg) and organ transplantation was widely focused on abroad.Arg adn its metabolite,nitric oxide (NO),have effects on preservation and infusion of organ,rejection responce and survival time in patients with heart transplantation.The progression in this area was briefly reviewed.
