摘要
本文报道了在φ63×740mm多孔挡板流化床反应器中,用裂解氨还原脱硝UO_3制取UO_2的有关试验数据。其每立升有效床容积产率为2.9kgUO_2/h,是高效反应器之一。采用此种气固流化床反应器的实验研究方法,可大大减少热态试验工作量。此方法经验证在本体系中是可行的。对扩大规模的研究和工程应用有参考价值。
Experimental data are reported for the reduction of UO_3 to UO_2 by cracked ammonia in a φ63×740mm fluidized bed reactor equipped with perforated baffles.The fluidized reactor is efficient, and its yield per liter of effective volume is 2.9kg UO_2/hr, A experimental method is developed to reduce time of thermal experiments on a fluidized bed.
