摘要 肿瘤的浸润和转移及ECM及基底膜的降解。基质金属蛋白酶 (MMPs)是一类重要的水解酶 ,对ECM有广泛的降解作用 ,它与金属蛋白酶组织抑制物 ((MMPs)相互作用是调节ECM动态平衡的重要因素。
