摘要
笔者将该院产科 1998年 1月～ 2 0 0 0年 9月死亡的围产儿进行回顾性分析 ,分别计数各因素的构成比 ,结果显示围产儿死亡原因主要与围产儿及孕妇两方面的因素有关。围产儿方面主要包括孕周、体质量、新生儿窒息因素 ;孕妇方面主要包括胎膜早破、宫内窘迫、脐带因素、分娩因素。围生儿死亡与以上因素有着密切的关系 ,认为实施相关的护理措施是非常必要的。
Retrospective research of the cases in Dept. of Obstetrics from Jan. 1988 to Sept. 2000 was conducted and the causes of death were recorded and classified. The retrospective research showed the death in perinatal period mainly involved both the pregnant women and the perinatal babies themselves, on one hand from perinatal weeks, perinatal asphyxia and so on, on the other hand from premature rupture of fetal membrance, intrauterine distress and problems in umbilical cord and delivery. The causes of death in perinatal period are closely related to the pregnant women and the perinatal fetus. It is important to take relevant nursing measurements to prevent the perinatal death.
