摘要
目的探讨婴幼儿脑性瘫痪脑干听觉诱发电位的变化。方法采用日本光电公司生产的 MEB~ 5304 K诱发电位测定 6~ 18月龄婴幼儿脑性瘫痪 68例,对照组 30例。结果脑干听觉诱发电位随着刺激强度减弱,阳性率增加,且发现脑瘫患儿主要为外周性听路损害, 75.34%为两侧性损害。结论脑干听觉诱发电位有助于早期发现脑瘫患儿存在的听力障碍。
Objective To study the change of brain stem auditory evoked potentials of infant cerebral palsy.Method Applying MEB- 5304 K evoked potentials instrument made by Japanese light- electric company to meathod 68 cases of cerebral palsy infant from 6~ 18 month compared with 30 cases.Result Following the decrease in the stimulate intensity of brain stem auditory evoded potentials,the positive rate increased.we found cerebral palsy children mainly were injuried in peripheral auditory pathway and 75.34% were two sides.Conclusion Brain stem auditory evoked potentials are much good for finding early the cerebral palsy children's auditory injury.
