摘要
本文首次给出用真空退火的方法获得Ti和(Ti+N)离子注入H_(13)钢的退火曲线。500℃附近为最佳退火温度。从X射线衍射谱上发现,注入后生成了稳定的Fe_2Ti和Fe_2N化合物,退火后这些化合物仍然存在。它们对H_(13)钢也起到强化的作用。
The vacuum annealing curves of Ti and (Ti + N) implanted H13 steel specimens are presented for the first time. The optimum of annealing temperature is about 500℃. For as-implanted specimens the compounds Fe2Ti and Fe2N have been observed by X-ray diffraction analysis. After annealing at 500℃, these compounds still exist in implanted layers, thus increasing the hardness of the H13 steel.
