摘要
目的观察微波并加压肢体综合治疗糖尿病患者末梢神经炎。方法 63例非胰岛素依赖性糖尿病患者采用微波－温热量常规治疗肢体末端，同时并用 3 004型顺序循环治疗仪，对病肢由远端向近端进行间断的系列性挤压。 50例同病对照组对症治疗。结果治疗组显效率和总有效率明显优于对照组 (P< 0.01)。前者的运动神经传导速度，血脂和尿糖等指标也明显优于后者。结论微波并循序加压肢体综合治疗糖尿病性末梢神经炎是一种有效的方法。
Objective To study the effects of microwave and circulated compression to limbs for treating diabetic neuritis.Method 63 patients with NIDDM neuritis were treated by microwave－ warm in combination with rutine treatment.Seyuential cirulator model 3004 was used to compress the affected limb from proximal to distal order.The control group accepted expectant treatment.Result After the treatment,the effective rate and excellent rate in treatment group were higher than control group.There was significant difference between the two groups (P< 0.01).The conductive speed of motor nerves significantly increased after treatment.Conclusion Microwave and circulated compression to limb combined with medicine had definite effect on diabetic neuritis.
