摘要
介绍了生产要素是形成生产力的主要组成部分及其在生产中的优化组合及动态管理。优化组合是企业的生产要素在生产过程中搭配适当进而协调地发挥作用 ;动态管理是优化配置和组合的手段与保证。只有加强企业生产要素的优化组合与动态管理 ,企业才能发展壮大 。
The paper introduces that production factors are main integrant of forming productivity and its optimization and dynamic management in production. Optimization is that production factors of enterprises are arranged properly in producing process. Dynamic management is method and ensurance of optimization of distribution and optimization. Only when optimization and dynamic management of enterprises production factors is strengthed , enterprises develop and expand, have higher social and economic benefits.
