摘要
就各类工程建筑在投资少 ,费用低的条件下如何正常施工 ,从而提高工程质量提出了几点意见 ,从强化工程施工管理 ,提高人员素质 ,质量保证措施等方面对强化质量意识 ,加强施工管理进行了论述 ,提出只有提高人员素质 ,实施全过程的质量监控 。
The paper puts forward some suggestions how to construct normally and improve project quality under the condition of low investment and low cost,discusses some aspects of constructional management, personnel quality, ensurance measure for stressing quality mentality and strengthening constructional management. Engineering quality of project construction won't be reached fine until improving personnel quality,carrying out overall quality control.
