摘要
粉煤灰对混凝土工作性、强度发展和耐久性的影响 ,既取决于粉煤灰的材料品质 ,又取决于混凝土的组成结构。等工作性下 ,粉煤灰混凝土与基准混凝土的需水量比、2 8d强度比以及某项耐久性指标比值可以表征或定义混凝土中粉煤灰的一系列工程效应 ,即塑化效应、固化效应和免疫效应。本文就混凝土系统 ,提出了估算粉煤灰塑化效应和固化效应的方法 ,并运用粉煤灰工程效应的观点 ,初步探讨了双掺法中粉煤灰工程效应之间的相互关系。
The effects of fly ash on workability, strength development and durability of concrete depend on qualities of fly ash as well as composition of concrete. At same workability, these effects shown as modified properties of concrete may be defined as engineering effects of fly ash which include plastic effect,consolidation effect and immunization effect, can be expressed by ratio of water content, ratio of strenght at 28d and ratio of certain durability index between fly ash concrete and controlled concrete without fly ash, respectively. This paper suggests the method concerning evaluation of plastic effect and consolidation effect of fly ash in concrete, and from standpoint of engineering effects, discusses tentatively the relationships among these effects of fly ash on performance of concrete.
