摘要
可持续发展战略已引起世界各国的普遍重视和关注。水是人类发展不可缺少的自然资源。本文从可持续发展的角度，对水资源状况、水资源利用与管理中存在的问题以及对潜伏着的水资源危机进行了分析，提出了水资源可持续利用的措施。
The people in the word pay attention to sustainable development strategy. Water is a kind of natural resorces that have to be need for human development. In this paper,situations of water resources, latent water resource crisis and problems in use and management of water resources are analyzed from sustainable development point of view.Measurcs of sustainable utilization of water resources are also raised in the article.
