摘要
某水力发电厂已建主厂房为钢筋混凝土框架结构。在施工期间 ,当混凝土浇注至D号发电机楼层时 ,因故混凝土浇注中断 ,造成其中 6根大梁出现水平向混凝土冷缝。经采用叠合面抗剪的计算方法对冷缝面的抗剪承载力进行验算 ,结果表明 ,混凝土冷缝面的抗剪承载力明显不足 ,需要补强处理。之后 ,依据分析结果及有关规范进行粘钢补强加固取得了较好的效果。
The main building of a power plant was the reinforced concrete frame building.The concrete infusion of D\+# electric generator was interrupted during construction,some horizontal inside interfaces appeared in six beams.The anti\|shear capacity of the concrete inside interface was checked with the computational method of composite interface anti\|shear.The results showed that the anti\|shear capacity of concrete inside interface was insufficient obviously,which needs to be reinforced.Consequently,the steel\|bonding reinforcement was adopted according to analytical results and relevant standards,and the results were effective.
