苯乙烯-邻苯二甲酸双丙烯酸酯分散共聚合微球性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 在醇水的分散介质中 ,以邻苯二甲酸二丙烯酸酯 (DAC)与二乙烯苯 (DVB)为交联剂 ,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 (PVP)为稳定剂 ,分散聚合法制备了 >1μm交联聚苯乙烯微球。通过TEM观察粒子形态与大小 ,发现随DAC与DVB、偶氮二异腈 (AIBN)浓度的增加 ,粒子粒径增大 ,粒子均一性变差 ;交联剂浓度超过一定量时 ,得到形状不规则的粒子。聚合反应的稳定性随交联剂与引发剂浓度增加、PVP浓度的减小而降低 ;单体的最终转化率随交联剂与引发剂浓度的增加而提高。交联剂浓度的增大使聚合物粒子耐溶剂性与耐热性提高 ; Crosslinked polystyrene microspheres of over 1 μm were prepared with diacryl phthalate(DAC) and divinylbenzene(DVB) as crosslinker and poly(N vinylpyrrolidone)(PVP) as stabilizer in ethanol water dispersion medium by dispersion copolymerization.Morphology and size of particles were observed by transmission electron microscopy(TEM) finding that particle size increased and particle homogeneity worsened along with increase of concentration of DAC,DVB and azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN) and when concentration of crosslinker exceeded a certain amount,irregular shaped particles were gained.Stability of polymerization reduced along with increase of concentration of crosslinkers and initiators and decrease of PVP concentration whilst final monomer conversion (C) was enhanced along with increase of concentration of crosslinkers and initiators.Increase of croslinkers concentration enhanced polymer particle resistance to solvent and heat whereas increase of AIBN concentration worsened particle resistance to solvent and heat.
