摘要
本研究以毛为样品,采用竞争性蛋白质结合分析法测定其孕酮含量进行乳牛早孕诊断。对毛中孕酮的提取方法进行了研究与鉴定。对孕酮由血液到毛的转移、毛节段中孕酮的分布、发情周期中毛孕酮含量的变化、毛样品的保存对毛孕酮含量的影响、采集乳牛体表何处和何时的毛样较为适宜等问题进行了初步研究。三年中对475头人工授精后21和24d的乳牛进行了早孕诊断试验,以50mg毛含孕酮5.5ng为判断孕否的标准,配种两个月后经直肠孕检核实,诊断孕牛与未孕牛的平均准确率分别为86.2%和96.6%。
Attempt was made to determine progesterone in hair using competitive protein-binding assay for pregnancy diagnosis of dairy cows. The average accuracy of pregnancy diagnosis in 475 cows was 86.2% for pregnant cows and 96.69% for non-pregnant cows repectively when hair samples were taken on the 24th day after artificial insemination and clipped at the udder of the animals.
