摘要
目的 探讨肝移植时快速切取供肝技术与保存方法。方法 结合我肝移植中心患者临床资料 ,回顾性分析 16例供肝切取和保存方法。结果 16例供肝热缺血时间为 3～ 6min ,冷缺血时间为 7～ 11h ,供肝血管、胆管均完好 ,13例肝移植患者术后均未出现移植肝原发性无功能等严重并发症。
Objective To investigate the methods of rapid excision and preservation of donor livers. Methods On the basis of our clinical data on liver transplantation, we reviewed the means of rapid excision and preservation of 16 donor livers. Results Warm ischemia time ranged from 3 to 6 minutes and cold ischemia time was 7 to 11 hours in these 16 donor, livers and the blood vessels, bile duct were all untouched, none of the 13 patients who received liver transplantation suffered from primary non function and other severe complications. Conclusions How to resect the donor liver rapidly and preserve it properly is one of the most important factors affecting the outcome of liver transplantation.
